ProMAT 2019 is over and it was a huge success for SICK!
With over 45,000 attendees at the largest material handling and logistics automation show of the year. We're glad to have showed those attendees our Smart Logistics solutions.
With numerous live demos of our innovative sensing technology, SICK showcased 13 new products at ProMAT 2019. All products can help optimize a variety of logistics processes, from item detection and flow on conveyors to track and trace to AGV safety and navigation.
Booth visitors were able to see Industry 4.0 in action with:
- Analytics, localization, and other enterprise solutions for automating logistics processes
- Vision solutions for track and trace that empower e-commerce fulfillment
- LIDAR and vision solutions for safer, more efficient control of AGVs
- Intelligent sensor solutions for conveyors, storage systems and robotics
Our Smart Logistics Lab helped attendees see how SICK can help them meet operational objectives with analytics, deep learning, and localization solutions. The demos in our lab were intended to help attendees better understand how the fourth Industrial Revolution will forever change the way automation is utilized in our markets.
In addition, Ron Stuver, SICK’s Industry 4.0 expert, presented on the power of Industry 4.0 and how to leverage your data. His in-demand presentation was attended by over 100 people, and helped provide people an overview on how to take advantage of all the data collected in your facility and what you can do with it.
