SICK is now Great Place to Work-Certified™. Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation. Only a small percentage of companies that take the company-wide Trust Index survey receive certification.

We have been on a journey to create an intentional and exceptional culture at SICK. As our customers have told us, it is our people that make all the difference. We call this journey ‘The SICK Way’ and it defines how each of us show up on a daily basis – for one another, for our customers, for the community. We are delighted to receive the Great Places to Work certification as affirmation that culture matters and is driving us forward.

SICK is certified from October 2018 to October 2019. In September 2019, SICK will conduct another survey and, based on the results, hopes to become certified again for the following year, where we'll be aiming to win great place to work, again.
